Saturday, May 3 | Time is still tentative: Doggone Walkathon
Yolo SPCA is having a Doggone Walkathon in Davis, if you are interested, let Diem know. This one has been a Golden Key favorite in the past as you get to see a lot of dogs, help vendors, help set up the route, and play with puppies!

Tuesday, May 13 | 5:30pm: Davis Central Park Gardens
We will be helping out with Davis Central Park Gardens doing a mulching project that should only take an hour or two. It should be beautiful weather and a ton of fun!

Friday, May 16 | 4:00 - 9:00pm: Habitat for Humanity
Habitat for Humaniy is hosting a Benefit Dinner. They need 10-12 volunteers to help set up and serve food, as well as cleanup. Hoping to break it up into 2.5 hour shift.

Tuesday, May 27 | 6:30pm: Shriner's Hospital in Sacramento
We will run an arts and crafts activity with the children and their families. Typically, 20-30 children attend, ranging from infants to 18 years old. The kids are all hospitalized and love to get their minds off of the hospital setting.

Saturday, May 31 | 9:00 - 1:00pm: Davis Community Meal

June 2008

Sunday, June 1 | 7:30-3:30 pm: Bike-a-Thon
Davis Bike-a-Thon. They need volunteers to help with registration for the bikers, food/water setup, as well as volunteers to cheer bike riders as they bike from Davis to Winters. This is an activity Golden Key members have done in the past and it's alot of fun!
